MZP OBSERVED ZORAM NI
In Aizawl Mizoram apex student organization Mizo Zirlai Pawl organized a public march from Millennium centre to Vanapa hall in yesterday. This march was organized for the remembrance of inhumane bombardment of Mizoram (then Lushai district under Assam) by Indian Air Force jet fighters on March 5, 1966. Every year on this day MZP organised 'Zoram Ni' programme since 2008, the purpose of 'Zoram Ni' observation is to make awareness among the Mizo people that those sufferings and inhuman treatments which were gone through by their people be a reminder for unity feeling among themselves.

TWO DEATH BODIES FOUND AT AIZAWL OUTSKIRT
Day before yesterday two human bodies had found at Folkland veng locality in Aizawl outskirt. When people searching the missing person Mr.Lalrinfela (37) S/o. Vanlalsiama, Armed Veng at this area, they had found his death body below Aizawl bypass World Bank road. In meanwhile, the searching team also found out another human body which was lying not very far from Lalrinfela's body. Police later identified the second body was Mr.Chawngthanmawia (36) who lived in Zemabawk Middle School area. The causes of Chawngthanmawia death was yet to investigated.

MAXI CAB ACCIDENT
Tata Sumo cab accident in last night at around 9 PM near to Mandir junction at Falkland area in Aizawl. Driver C.Vanlalchhuanga, Zotlang, Aizawl and his passenger Ms.Lalnunpari (39) were got admitted in Aizawl Civil Hospital. The passenger Lalnunpari D/o/F.Lalronghaka, Dinthar, Aizawl was later died at the hospital.

YMA BRANCH ORGANIZED SOCIAL WORK
Young Mizo Association (YMA) Zotuithiang Branch organized voluntary social work for poor and unabled person in their village. As per the report from the YMA leaders, yesterday their 80 members collected firewood from the forest and kept it for free distribution. These firewood will be freely distribute to the selected five families in their village. In Zotuithiang village majority of them still used firewood for cooking.

AMC PASSED Rs. 31.01 CRORE BUDGET
The newly formed Aizawl Municipal Corporation (AMC) Board of Councillor passed the first annual budget Rs. 31.01 crore for 2016-17. The debut budget for the incumbent Mizo National Front led corporation was presented to the house by Deputy mayor Mr. Lalringliana. The new budget is divided into two sources that will be drawn from Center and State governments. The Board of Councillor sitting was presided over by the new Mayor Mr.PC Lianhmingthanga.

KTP GENERAL CONFERENCE HELD IN CHAMPHAI
Mizoram Presbyterian Church Youth Fellowship called Kristian Thalai Pawl (KTP) 56th General Conference is held in Champhai town. Till last night the number of delegates are around 18,635, delegates come over from different parts of Mizoram and outside, they also have foreign delegates from Wales (UK) and Taiwan. Conference theme is "God's Church (Pathian Kohhran)" Rev. Vanlalbela a retired pastor is conference speaker, he will be delivering four sermons in this conference. The conference is started from Thursday night and will be finished by tonight. The outgoing KTP leader Rev. J. Lalremsiama will be delivering valedictory sermon on Sunday night service, and Mizoram Synod Moderator Rev. Lalrinmawia will have prayer for newly elected Central KTP leaders. The next KTP General Conference will be held on 2018 at West Phaileng town.
